If you were recently banned by Epn (ebay publisher network). There is help for you. If you are in the US you can get back into the program . there are some twists. First, If you were banned for cookie stuffing or crating fake signup you are out no doubts about it. It is over for you. Get out now. Sell your domains see you bye. Now if you were not doing anything that was shady you can still get into epn but it may take some time. I contactes pepperjam and from what I was told they are still accepting publishers for epn. Now they do have a massive backlog and it may take sometime for your site to be aproved but rest ashured they are still accepting publishers. So I guess if you actually did nothing wrong and feel that you should be allowed a chance chance to promote ebay agin the only advice I can offer is to apply to epn through pepperjam and seee what happens.

Update on my paypal auctionads situation

After this long paypal decided to tell me to cancel the payment . So I called auctionads. Who’s servic is now rather impressing the said I had 2 options the first ould be to cancel the payment they sentt me or wait the 30 days until the payment cancels and they would automaticly resend the payment.

So, after all that I log into my paypal account to cancel the payment and guess what it will not let me. Now I have to call paypal again. God why does paypal suck so bad and why do so many people use it. Now I guess my only option is to wait 30 days until the payment is returned and reissued

Seems that I can not approve my payment from 1 of my advertising companies. I called paypal on the 1st when it happened. the guy had me do a ton of stuff. then at th end says “try it in 24 hours” what the heck is that about it is showing as a payment to me and all that need done is to accept the payment. This is totally retarded. I then called then on the 2nd when that little trick that they advised me to do did not work. on the 2nd the guy says, “try it in 24 hours” again. what the hell I am starting to get really pissed at that point. then I get an email from paypal saying that I must accept the payment by the 1st or I forfeit it. Ok, so um who gets the money then? What the hell is going on e=very day I call paypal and every day they tell me to try back tomorrow. Is is broke are the retarded what is the deal.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden - Bill Murray could face a drunken driving charge after cruising through downtown Stockholm in a golf cart and refusing to take a breath test, citing U.S. law.

Police officers spotted the “Caddyshack”
star early Monday in the slow-moving vehicle and noticed he smelled of
alcohol when they pulled him over, said Detective-Inspector Christer
Holmlund of the Stockholm police.

“He refused to blow in the (breath test) instrument, citing American
legislation,” Holmlund told The Associated Press on Wednesday. “So we
applied the old method — a blood test. It will take 14 days before the
results are in.”

Murray, who had been at a golf tournament in Sweden,
signed a document admitting that he was driving under the influence,
and agreed to let a police officer plead guilty for him if the case
goes to court, Holmlund said.

“Then he was let go. My guess is he went back to America,” Holmlund said.

He said the 56-year-old actor-comedian would only be charged if
tests show his blood alcohol level exceeded the legal limit, which is
quite low in Sweden.

A very high alcohol level could lead to a prison sentence, but Holmlund said fines were more likely.

“There were no obvious signs, like when someone is really tipsy,” he said.

An e-mail to Murray?s lawyer, David Nochimson, seeking comment wasn?t immediately returned.

The golf cart had been on display for a week outside the downtown hotel where Murray and other VIPs attending the Scandinavian Masters golf tournament, were staying, tournament head Fredrik Nilsmark said.

Murray apparently drove the golf cart to the trendy Cafe Opera
nightclub, less than a mile away, and was pulled over on his way back
to the hotel.

Nilsmark said the vehicle wasn’t intended for guests but added: “I don’t hold any grudge against Bill Murray for borrowing our cart for a while.”

Cafe Opera manager Daniel Bodahl confirmed that Murray had visited
the nightclub late Sunday and said “he was a very good guest.”

It isn’t illegal to drive a golf cart in city traffic in Sweden, but Holmlund said it is very unusual.

“I have done this since ‘68 and I’ve never experienced anything like this,” he said.

Murray was among the early cast members on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live.” He was nominated for an Oscar for 2003’s “Lost in Translation.” His screen credits also include “Groundhog Day” and “Rushmore.”

Techcrunch reported today that Media Whiz Is for sale. They are looking for around 400 million . Which Techcrunch reports is 3 times their 2007 revenue. Whats the biggest 2 programs for sale? Auctionads and text link ads. Wow Auction ads. A crap program that is the bastard child of Shoemoney media. Auctionads has not been reporting right since July. I don’t know what else they own but in the eyes of a buyer AA should be seen as a liability not an asset. This could explain the bad reporting. Like and old car you are going to sell. Why waste the $10.00 to change the oil.

The worst part of this is when shoeomoney media was running the program it was a great then. I made alot more money than with any other program, But as a publisher it tends to piss you off when you log into your account to check stats and Oh the site is down gain which means all of your sites are showing white blocks. So it could be fixed and could be a great company, but now it is just getting shuffled around like a bastard child. the worst thing that can Happen to auctionads in my mind is for Google to buy it.

Do I still believe auctionads can make a lot of money? ” yes”, But it needs to be fixed not sold. I a sure it will be copied soon and them their will be hella competition. If I can get permission to write about it I will write about a way to make your commission Junction ads look like auctionads. which is a really good design for the ads. I got a 20% higher click through rate with Auction Ads them I did with the CJ design.
