Is paypal broken or what?

Seems that I can not approve my payment from 1 of my advertising companies. I called paypal on the 1st when it happened. the guy had me do a ton of stuff. then at th end says “try it in 24 hours” what the heck is that about it is showing as a payment to me and all that need done is to accept the payment. This is totally retarded. I then called then on the 2nd when that little trick that they advised me to do did not work. on the 2nd the guy says, “try it in 24 hours” again. what the hell I am starting to get really pissed at that point. then I get an email from paypal saying that I must accept the payment by the 1st or I forfeit it. Ok, so um who gets the money then? What the hell is going on e=very day I call paypal and every day they tell me to try back tomorrow. Is is broke are the retarded what is the deal.
I had the same problem with my AuctionAds payment and 2 days after emailing PayPal, I’m still waiting to hear back. I found your blog while searching to see if others were having the same problem - I guess it’s good to know I’m not the only one, but PayPal customer support is really starting to piss me off.
I also seem to be having trouble with my Auction Ads payment for this month! It’s the 4th already and still nothing!
I don’t know if it has to do with Auction Ads or Paypal?!!!!!!!
